Padmaja is the Executive Vice President at Bosch Global Software Technologies and CTO of Bosch Mobility India. With nearly three decades of experience in domains like ADAS and automated driving, she spearheads innovation in software-defined vehicles. She earned a Bachelor of Technology from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

An avid reader of poetry and history, Padmaja is also a passionate music aficionado and fitness enthusiast who enjoys traveling and the outdoors. She is a self-described "people person" whose lifelong hobby of repairing bicycles, motorcycles, and cars evolved into her professional career.

Her passion for automobiles began early; she was riding and repairing motorcycles by age 15.
