With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in strategic innovation and data-informed decision-making in higher education. She also runs a private leadership coaching and consulting firm.
Pam is deeply committed to community service and empowerment. She has served on the board of directors for Philabundance, an organization dedicated to ending hunger, and was a board member for the Pennsylvania ACE Womens Network, which supports the advancement of women working in higher education.
