Pat Garrity

Patrick S. Garrity is a Board Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist at The Derbes Law Firm, with over 25 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and litigation. He represents a diverse range of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings and advises businesses on contractual and corporate matters.

Outside of his legal practice, Pat is a former collegiate athlete. He was a member of the Louisiana State University baseball team, including the 1991 College World Series Championship team. He is a native of New Orleans and now resides in the metro area with his wife and three children.
