Pat McGinley

Patrick McGinley is the President of Management Services at Vestar, overseeing operations for the companys 30 million square foot portfolio. A Vestar veteran since 1989, he has driven the significant growth of the management division and holds a Finance degree from the University of Arizona and a CSM certification.

Outside of work, Pat is deeply involved in the Phoenix community through various civic and philanthropic organizations. He is a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, a past-President of Valley Partnership, and has supported the Foundation for Blind Children and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix.

His childhood aspiration was to be a psychologist, an interest he feels has benefited his career in listening, finding common ground, and solving problems.
