Paul Carucci

Paul is the President of Performance Automated Robotics, a company he founded after more than a decade in the industry. He progressed from a service technician to a plant manager before starting his own business. His company focuses on designing and building custom robotic solutions with an emphasis on customer service and support.

Outside of work, Paul is a motorcycle enthusiast and owns a Harley-Davidson. He also appears to have an appreciation for classic cars, having noted his enjoyment of an impromptu car show.

He believes that integrating robotics creates higher-level jobs, such as programming, rather than eliminating positions.
