Paul Neumann led Universal Woods as CEO for over 25 years, growing the company from $5 million to $80 million in sales before retiring in 2020. An alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, he remains on the companys board and is now a partner at Tantalum Partners.
Deeply committed to his Louisville community, Neumann co-founded the Peace Education Program and serves on the boards of AMPED and Dare to Care. He is passionate about employee development, workforce education, and fostering local entrepreneurship. He enjoys reading and soccer.
