Paul Newman MBE

Paul is a highly experienced Chair and Non-Executive Director specializing in care for ageing populations and people with dementia. With over 25 years in leadership, he shapes policy and improves care quality, notably developing global standards with BSI and ISO. People often describe him as approachable, inspiring, and a highly effective team player.

Outside of his board and advisory work, Paul is deeply engaged in his community, serving as an elected Governor for Milton Keynes University Hospital. He is also a proud owner of a Golden Retriever named Luna, and has shared humorous insights into their shared behaviors, backed by Cambridge science.

He was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for his exceptional contributions to health and social care.
