Outside of his executive role, Pavan finds personal inspiration from his daughters and professional motivation by observing guests enjoying their vacations at Caesars properties. He is a passionate supporter of his alma mater, the University of Florida, and actively contributes to its academic community through mentorship and philanthropy.
He co-founded an endowed scholarship at the University of Florida with his childhood friend and former roommate to support future students.
