An educated agronomist, he combines his political leadership with hands-on experience as the owner of a large agricultural operation, focusing on regional economic growth, infrastructure, and the green transition.
Outside of his official duties, Per runs the third-generation family farm, Lundgaard, with his family. He is married with four sons and is also a grandfather. In his spare time, he is an avid hunter and has served in the Danish Royal Life Guards.
Unique fact: Per has a personal goal to visit every capital city in Europe and has traveled to all of them except for Warsaw.
