Outside of his executive roles, Phil is deeply involved in his community, serving on the boards of several local organizations, including the Ephrata Area Education Foundation. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, pickleball, and racquet sports, and also has interests in reading and cooking.
Unique fact: Phil began his career with a clinical background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist before transitioning into executive leadership.
