Pius Fischer is a retired electric utility professional with over 28 years of experience at Basin Electric Power Cooperative, culminating in his role as Vice President of Transmission. His expertise includes the design, supervision, and management of major generation, transmission, and telecommunication infrastructure projects. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with a degree from North Dakota State University.
