Quisha Light is a public infrastructure leader focused on strengthening community systems for the City of Portland. With a background that includes a Juris Doctor and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, she leads customer service and utility strategy, blending legal, strategic, and operational expertise to enhance customer and employee experiences.
Outside of work, Quisha is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the board of directors for Bridges to Change and Good in the Hood and is the vice president of the Portland Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She enjoys reading, watching movies with family, and playing golf with friends.
She is a proponent of using AI and machine learning to create more equitable access to utility affordability programs.
