Raul Sanchez is a seasoned Plant Manager at ExxonMobils Baytown Olefins Plant, with a career at the company spanning over two decades. He leverages his chemical engineering background from the University of Wisconsin-Madison to drive operational excellence, safety, and reliability in one of the largest integrated petrochemical complexes.

Deeply committed to his community, Raul is heavily involved in local philanthropy.
