Rebecca Chapman is a crisis leadership and decision-making consultant with over 30 years of experience as a Police Superintendent and Critical Incident Commander. Now Director at Maple Leaf Business Consulting, she leverages her extensive background in law enforcement and cyber resilience to help leaders navigate high-stakes situations. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Sheffield Hallam University.

Outside her consulting work, Rebecca is actively involved in her community, serving as Trustee and Vice Chair for Bluebell Wood Childrens Hospice. She is also an Independent Travel Agent, co-hosts networking events for women in business, and helps people manage their utility bills during the energy crisis.

After a distinguished 30-year career in policing, she transitioned to become the CEO of a cyber resilience organization, showcasing a unique and impactful career pivot.
