Richard Lenane

Richard Lenane is the Managing Partner at Exponent Private Equity, a firm he joined in 2005. His prior experience includes roles at Apax Partners and The Boston Consulting Group. He holds a Master of Engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, providing a strong foundation in both technology and business strategy.

Born and raised in Belfast, Richard has a significant track record of investing in Irish companies, with Exponent investing over €1 billion in the region. He has been involved in numerous transactions, including deals for Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, Chanelle Pharmaceuticals, and Ethos Engineering, contributing to the creation of thousands of local jobs.

He graduated with distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School.
