Richard Stearn

Rob Perrins is the Chief Executive of Berkeley Group, having joined the company in 1994 and risen through the ranks from Finance Director. A chartered accountant educated at the University of Reading, he is a key figure in UK property, focusing on transforming large-scale brownfield sites into sustainable communities.

He is the founding Chair of the Berkeley Foundation, which supports disadvantaged young people, and serves as a trustee for the national homelessness charity Crisis. He has a personal interest in the natural world and climate science, stemming from his degree in Geology, and is a passionate sportsman.

He oversees the delivery of approximately 10% of all new homes in London and champions the companys ambitious climate action and sustainability strategies.
