Rob Dibble

Rob is the owner of Ace Learning and Consulting, where he designs and delivers custom training solutions for small and medium-sized companies. Drawing on extensive experience from roles at JELD-WEN and LPL Financial, he partners with institutions like UNC Charlotte to teach leadership and communication. He holds a bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Outside of work, Rob emphasizes the importance of personal well-being and self-care. He discusses topics like emotional intelligence and time management, encouraging others to make time for activities like going to the gym, reading, or running to achieve a better mental state and work-life balance.
