Robert Kline is the CEO and Co-Founder of Chartres Lodging Group, a private equity firm specializing in the hotel sector. A graduate of Cornell Universitys School of Hotel Administration, he is recognized as a leading turnaround investor and asset manager, having overseen more than $12 billion in hospitality transactions throughout his career.
Outside of his professional work, Robert is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys mountain climbing, triathlons, and SCUBA diving. He is actively involved in philanthropy, having established the No Reservations Giving Foundation and serving on the board of WildCare of the Bay Area, a wildlife rescue and advocacy organization.
He is a Founding Director of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association and spearheaded its first international expansion into Japan.
