Roger Hopper

Roger Hopper is the Vice President & Chief of Staff at Mavendog, where he began his tenure in 2017 and has been instrumental in shaping the firms HR, talent management, and administrative policies. He holds a Masters degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and previously served in the Virginia Army National Guard.

Outside of his corporate leadership role, Roger is a dedicated and highly accomplished competitive distance runner. He frequently participates in and wins marathons and other road races across the country, demonstrating a significant commitment to personal discipline and athletic excellence. He was formerly from Richmond, VA and now resides in Northeast Ohio.

Unique fact: Roger is a nationally-ranked marathoner with a personal best of 2: 21: 51 and has won numerous races, including the Manitoba Marathon and Wineglass Marathon.
