Rohit Verma is a Distinguished Professor at the University of South Carolinas Darla Moore School of Business. An expert in service operations management with a Ph. D. from the University of Utah, his career includes serving as Dean at the Moore School, a long tenure at Cornell University, and founding a new international university.
