Rosa Madruga

Rosa Madruga is the Director of Operations at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition. She is a long-tenured leader responsible for overseeing all operations, maintenance, warehousing, and capital projects for the fairgrounds and its numerous year-round events, bringing over a decade of experience within the organization to her role.

Rosa supports local community causes aimed at youth welfare. She has attended fundraising events for organizations like Informed Families, which is dedicated to helping children in Florida grow up safe, healthy, and drug-free.

She travels on fact-finding missions to other major fairs, like the Canadian National Exhibition, to source innovative and sustainable ideas.
