Russell Leighton

A Chartered Accountant and graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, he plays a critical role in strategic planning, operational performance, and sponsoring key business transformation projects across the region.
Outside of his professional duties, Russell is an avid supporter of Manchester City Football Club. He also champions social causes, using his platform to advocate for diversity and inclusion and to celebrate and raise awareness for the LGBTQ+ community, particularly in recognition of Pride Month.
He has been instrumental in the transformation of Insights EMEA business, where he has worked for over two decades.
