Sherry Hennington

Sherry Hennington is the Co-founder and Executive Director of New Leaf on Life, where she applies her expertise in business operations and customer success. She focuses on improving operational functions and leading her team with a hands-on approach to support disadvantaged individuals and advocate for inclusivity.

Sherry is deeply committed to community service, volunteering at the Los Angeles-based Dangerfield Institute of Urban Problems. In this role, she actively assists transitional aged youths by helping them with housing, life skills, and goal setting to foster stability and growth.

Her organization was founded out of a personal and painful experience when she and the other founders discovered a critical lack of resources while trying to help their own loved ones.
