Skipp Kistler

Skipp Kistler is the Vice President and Refinery Manager for HollyFrontier Corporation, with extensive experience in refinery operations and process engineering. He previously spent thirteen years at ConocoPhillips. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, he is focused on process safety, regulatory compliance, and workforce development.

Skipp demonstrates a commitment to community involvement, highlighted by his leadership in HollyFrontiers partnership with Iron Gate to provide holiday meals for families in need. His company canceled its annual party to fund the donation, aiming to bring hope to vulnerable community members during the pandemic.

He has served on the board of directors for the Kansas Chamber of Commerce, El Dorado Inc. , and El Dorado Main Street.
