Spencer Gallant

Spencer Gallant is the Co-Founder and Head Brewer of Lone Oak Brewing, leveraging his Chemistry degrees from the University of Prince Edward Island. His expertise includes recipe development and scientific research into local hops. He previously contributed to award-winning beers and also represents the brewing equipment company, Specific Engineering Solutions.

Outside of work, Spencer has a history of community engagement, once co-hosting a podcast to share positive local stories about Islanders. While studying at UPEI, he was a student-athlete, playing varsity sports where he met the co-founders of Lone Oak Brewing Company.

Spencer never homebrewed; his first experience brewing was a 5, 000-litre commercial batch.
