Stelfanie Williams

Stelfanie Williams is the Vice President for Community Affairs at Duke University, where she leads efforts to strengthen the universitys local and regional partnerships. She previously served as the president of Vance-Granville Community College and holds a doctorate in Adult and Community College Education from North Carolina State University.

Deeply committed to public service, her career has focused on expanding educational access and fostering economic opportunity in North Carolina. She demonstrates this through her extensive history of serving on numerous state and local boards, reflecting a strong passion for civic engagement and community building.

She was the first female president in the history of Vance-Granville Community College.
