Stelfanie Williams is the Vice President for Community Affairs at Duke University, where she leads efforts to strengthen the universitys local and regional partnerships. She previously served as the president of Vance-Granville Community College and holds a doctorate in Adult and Community College Education from North Carolina State University.

She was the first female president in the history of Vance-Granville Community College.
