Stephanie Kurtzman is the Executive Director of the Gephardt Institute at Washington University in St. Louis, where she has led civic engagement initiatives since 1998. She is the architect of the universitys community service programs, leveraging her M. Ed. from the University of Vermont to foster student leadership and community impact.
A California native, Stephanie moved to St. Louis for what she thought would be a short-term role but fell in love with the city. She is now proud to call St. Louis home with her family, deeply embedding herself personally and professionally in the local community.
She was recently named one of the "50 Women Shaping the Future of St. Louis" for her significant contributions to the region.
