Steve Ives is the President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Houston, the fourth largest in the US. With over three decades of CEO experience within the YMCA movement, he is a recognized leader in driving community impact, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University.
Outside of his executive role, Steve is a dedicated community leader passionate about youth development and social equity. He is a husband and father who enjoys outdoor activities, including long-distance running and biking, as well as listening to live music. His personal life reflects his professional commitment to service and community building.
