Steven Klein

Steven Klein is the Managing Director of Kidder Mathews Portland office, which he founded over 20 years ago. With more than four decades of experience, he is a veteran of commercial real estate, specializing in industrial and flex properties. His career includes 15 years as a principal at Trammell Crow Company.

A native Oregonian, Steven is deeply involved in the local community. He serves on the advisory board for Portland State University’s Center for Real Estate and is a board member of the Waverly Country Club. He fondly recalls participating in Junior Achievement as a student in the 1970s and supports his firms partnership with them.

He founded the Portland office for Kidder Mathews, which was the firms first branch established outside of the greater Seattle area.
