Szilvia is an expat leadership coach and strategic thinking partner who helps international leaders thrive abroad through her company, SilGAL Method. A former IBM manager with a Masters degree in Human Resources, she is also the President of BNI Ubuntu International. Colleagues describe her as dynamic, exceptional, and an amazing listener.
Her own experience with corporate burnout led her to coaching, where she is passionate about helping leaders reconnect with their purpose and lead with authenticity. She has lived and worked in Hungary, New York, and Mexico, giving her firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by expats.
She co-authored a case study on burnout from a Transactional Analysis perspective, published in the book "Responsibility and Success" in 2013.
