Tarek Hegazy

Tarek Hegazy is the Director of the Sustainability Department and a Strategic Account Specialist at the Agricultural Bank of Egypt. He leads the banks sustainable finance initiatives, managing a portfolio of over 50 billion EGP dedicated to green investments and agricultural development. He holds an MBA in Banking Sciences.

Tarek actively promotes sustainability through capacity building, having organized training programs for bank employees to enhance their understanding of the sectors role in achieving sustainable development goals.

He publicly represents the banks green strategy, speaking on its significant investments in solar energy and modern irrigation.
