A CIMA-qualified accountant, she began her career on the NHS Graduate Financial Management Training Scheme and has held senior finance roles in both provider and commissioning organisations, including Director of Finance and Digital.
Outside her core role, Tarryn is passionate about improving diversity and inclusion within the NHS finance community. She actively leads local and regional initiatives and has spoken publicly about the importance of mentorship and building professional networks to support career progression for others.
She is an expert member of the Advisory Committee for Resource Allocation (ACRA), which advises on national healthcare funding.
