Thomas Mills

Thomas Mills is a Managing Director at Cascadia Capital and heads the Capital Markets Group. With over 20 years of experience in debt capital markets, he focuses on raising capital for middle-market businesses for recapitalizations, growth financing, and buyouts. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from DePaul University.

Thomas is a family man who enjoys spending as much time as possible with his three daughters. His personal interests include enjoying live music and playing golf.

One of his key career achievements was founding the Chicago office for a prior firm, successfully growing the team to 15 bankers.
