Tom Grumbles

Tom Grumbles is the President and CEO of First Service Bank, leading its expansion across central Arkansas since taking the role. He earned a bachelors degree in business and economics from Hendrix College and has been with the bank for over two decades, helping it grow to nearly $600 million in assets.

Deeply committed to his community, Tom has served in leadership roles with the Arkansas Bankers Association and various local civic organizations. Banking is a family affair, with three generations of the Grumbles family now working at First Service Bank. He values building personal relationships with customers and associates.

Interesting fact: Tom originally planned to be an electrical engineer but changed his career path to banking after meeting his wife at Hendrix College.
