Outside of YapStone, Tom is an active angel and real estate investor. He has a passion for philanthropy, having served on the boards of local schools and charitable organizations. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
The idea for YapStone originated during a poker game, inspired by a conversation about creating a scalable payments company to replace paper checks in niche markets.
