Troy Cichos

Troy Cichos is the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Madrona Venture Group, where he has worked since 1999. He leverages a deep background in finance, tax, and law to oversee the firms operations, including finance, legal, and administration. He holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law.

Outside of his primary role, Troy is deeply invested in fostering new talent. He serves on the advisory board for the Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Washington and actively mentors startups in the Jones + Foster Accelerator program. He is also a Managing Director of the W Fund.

He graduated magna cum laude from law school, where he was also an editor of the Seattle University Law Review.
