Tyrance Billingsley II is a Tulsa-born entrepreneur and founder of Black Tech Street, dedicated to rebirthing Black Wall Street as a tech innovation hub focused on AI and cybersecurity. An alumnus of Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, he has secured a Microsoft alliance and testified before the U. S. Senate on AI.
As a Tulsa native and relative of Race Massacre survivors, Tyrance is deeply committed to his communitys economic future. He is passionate about community organizing and education, personally leading workshops to teach local youth and adults about the practical applications and responsibilities of artificial intelligence, bridging the digital divide.
Tyrance was named to the inaugural "Forbes The Culture 50 Champions" list, honoring leaders who are uplifting Black and Brown communities.
