Valerie Lausier-Collins

Valerie Lausier-Collins serves as the Director of Training and Development at Windover Construction. Her background includes roles as an administrator in private education and an entrepreneur, having previously owned and managed two cafés. At Windover, she is passionate about working with dedicated people and fostering a positive employee experience.

Outside of her professional life, Valerie is always active, enjoying yoga and biking. She also enjoys relaxing with her husband and two boys in Rockport.

She is a strong advocate for women in construction, believing diverse teams bring new perspectives and innovative ideas.
