Vicky Harper-Hall

As Sector Manager at Northrop Grumman, Vicky Harper-Hall leads socio-economic business programs and government relations. She specializes in global supplier diversity, creating opportunities for small, disadvantaged, and veteran-owned businesses. Harper-Hall holds an MBA from West Coast University and a bachelors from California State University, Long Beach.

Outside of her corporate role, she is actively involved in community economic development, serving on the Corporate Advisory Board for the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC). She is also a supporter of the GLAAACC Education Fund and Foundation.

She is a multi-award-winning advocate for supplier diversity, earning accolades like the Diversity Leadership and Advocate of the Year awards.
