Youkang Ko

Youkang Ko is an Associate Professor at Seoul National Universitys School of Law, specializing in the intersection of civil law and technology. A former judge in the Korean Judiciary, he holds a PhD in Law from Seoul National University and an LLM from Cornell Tech, focusing on AI and neuro-law.
