A. degrees from The University of British Columbia.
Zach is a citizen of the Métis Nation and his interest in Indigenous matters is foundational to his career, beginning with his Masters research on mobilizing the Tlowitsis diaspora for treaty negotiations. He previously worked for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.
