Zia Zaman

Zia Zaman is the Head of Business Development for Microsoft in Asia, where he spearheads growth strategies, M&A, and strategic partnerships. An MIT and Stanford alumnus, his career is marked by leadership in innovation, including roles as Chief Innovation Officer at MetLife Asia and a successful exit with a billion-dollar sale to Microsoft.

Outside of his corporate roles, Zia is a published author of fiction and non-fiction, exploring themes from the pandemics impact on young people to travel. He is an Aspen Fellow and serves on the board of Singapores National Environment Agency, reflecting a commitment to community and environmental stewardship. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two children.
