Aaron Wallace is the Founder and MD of his eponymous grooming brand, the UKs first for Black men. A former barber and University of Westminster music graduate, he identified a market gap from his clients needs, leading him to create a successful product line featured in Forbes and GQ.
Outside of his business, Aaron maintains a strong passion for music, stemming from his degree in Commercial Music Performance. He is also dedicated to helping young people, having previously served as an Enterprise Ambassador for the Princes Trust, where he supported aspiring entrepreneurs.
His company originated from his Shear & Shine Barbershop after two years of research and development.
