Adam Cieciura

Adam Cieciura is the President of Blue Alliance, leveraging a robust background that spans from investment banking and private equity to executive operational leadership. His career began in M&A before moving into private equity and then to COO at ALW. He is a graduate of Indiana Universitys Kelley School of Business.

Outside of his executive roles, Adam was an active athlete. He played on the varsity basketball team during his time at Hamilton Southeastern High School, where he was listed as a 63" guard and forward.

Unique fact: Adam has a background in competitive high school basketball, playing for the Hamilton Southeastern Royals before his corporate career.
