Adam Stanley

Adam Stanley is the founding Director of Esports at Baylor University, responsible for building the new program. With previous experience launching the esports program at Brewton-Parker College, he focuses on competitive excellence combined with student development. He holds a Master of Divinity from Baylor Universitys Truett Seminary.

His coaching philosophy is deeply influenced by his background in ministry, emphasizing mentorship and the holistic well-being of student-athletes. He is passionate about creating a positive and supportive community within the competitive gaming ecosystem, moving it beyond its unstructured "Wild West" origins.

Adam uniquely combines his theological training with his role as an esports director to focus on the whole-person development of his players.
