Alan Ventura Hernández Talavera is the CEO and Co-founder of BioGrip Tech, a company developing AI-powered bionic prosthetics. A Biotechnology Engineer from Tecnológico de Monterrey, he was selected for the Techstars 24 accelerator and recently completed a program on AI for Business Strategy at Johns Hopkins University.
His work is deeply motivated by personal experience, including his mothers recovery from a brain tumor. He is passionate about purpose-driven innovation, aiming to restore independence and dignity to people with disabilities. He also actively mentors student entrepreneurs and speaks at business community events in his native Guadalajara.
Alan was named one of Bloombergs Top 100 Innovators in Latin America for his work in closing the gap between technology and human capability.
