Alescia Farr is a community psychologist and the Workforce Development Director for the City of Detroit. With a Ph. D. from DePaul University, her expertise lies in optimizing administrative functions, fostering positive organizational culture, and academic research on womens mental health.
Outside of her public health career, Alescia is a certified yoga instructor and has a long-standing passion for dance. She minored in dance at Michigan State University and has taught for over 12 years in the Midwest.
