Alex Krantz

Alex Krantz is a Principal at MedDevelopment, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in healthcare real estate, leading financing strategies and portfolio operations. His background includes managing distressed CMBS assets at KeyBank and holding a J.D. from the University of Kansas with a focus on commercial law.

Outside of his professional life, Alex enjoys brewing beer and socializing. He has an interest in meeting new people, a passion that was noted during his time as a law student and mentor at the University of Kansas, where he completed both his undergraduate and law degrees.
