Alice Tay

Alice Tay is the Deputy Director for Strategic Planning at E-Bridge Pre-School, guiding corporate strategy and talent management. A graduate of Monash University, she has progressed from a preschool teacher to a strategic leader, championing innovative, child-centered curricula to foster creativity and problem-solving in early education.

Her professional journey was sparked by a fundamental shift in perspective from “what to teach” to “how to teach. ” Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, she is passionate about understanding the learners capabilities and believes the environment is a vital “third teacher” in a childs development.
