Allan Campbell is the Head of Operations for the Chief Executive Group at the Scottish Parliament, where he also serves as SRO for the election programme. His background is in financial scrutiny and research, having previously headed the Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe). He holds a Master of Arts from The University of Edinburgh.
